Eligibility

Users who subscribe to Ultenic’s marketing email before each flash sale.

Each email address may participate only once.

Only buyers within the Ultenic official store’s delivery areas are eligible.

Promotion Format

During the event period, a total of 5 unscheduled flash sale rounds will be held.

In each round, we will send subscribers an exclusive €99 discount code (Code).

Email deliveries are entirely random; please check your inbox carefully (including the spam/junk folder).

Discount Code Rules

Each code can only be used 3 times; first-come, first-served, and it will expire when uses are exhausted.

This code cannot be combined with other discounts, codes, or promotions.

The €99 price associated with the code already includes VAT and shipping.

Usage Instructions

Once you receive the code, place your order on the official site as soon as possible. Due to extremely limited availability, the code may expire quickly.

This order is for a limited-time sale product; to ensure fairness, changes or cancellations are generally not allowed once the order is placed. If adjustments are necessary due to force majeure or company reasons, Ultenic will contact you.

Issuance and obtaining the code

Issuance: The exclusive discount code will be sent by email to the eligible subscribers’ address on November 7, 2025, CET.

Important notes: Please check your inbox and the spam/junk folder. The code will be sent by email only and will not be forwarded.

Discount code rules

Offer contents: This code can be applied on top of all other promotional discounts during the promotion and provides an additional 10% discount on the order total.

Limit: This discount can be reduced to a maximum of 300 euros.

Examples:

If the discounted order total is €1,000, using this code will deduct €100 (10%).

If the discounted order total is €3,500, €300 will be deducted (limit reached).

Scope: This code applies to all products available in Ultenic’s official store, unless the product page states otherwise.

Validity: The code is valid until 24:00 CET on November 24, 2025. After that date, it expires.

Order and after-sales service

Orders placed with this code, if they meet the conditions, will still be subject to Ultenic’s standard returns, exchanges, and warranty policy.

If a partial or total order return occurs, the discounts applied will be recovered proportionally, and the refunded amount will be the actual amount paid.

Exemptions

Ultenic reserves the right to cancel any order considered illegal due to technical faults, abusive conduct (e.g., bot usage, fake accounts), or force majeure.

Ultenic reserves the right to interpret the promotion rules to the extent permitted by law and to modify, suspend, or cancel the promotion at any time. Any significant changes will be posted on the official site.
