Oh my goodness how I love this, I am addicted to the green light ha ha, can’t wait to use it every day,it works so well picks up everything.Highly recommended I’ve just bought another one to keep as a spare!

Love the brand. I have the D10. Love the green eye and design of the U16. However as per the attached video is it supposed to jump from one setting to the next and back again. I have re-charged the battery and it still does it. Is it faulty?

I have bought several named hoovers wired and cordless and the suction in them have been rubbish. This hoover is cordless and I'm amazed at how good the suction is. I have a dog and it picks up the fur no problem and that's on laminated flooring and on eco setting. My daughter who has thick carpet and it also picks up dog fur on normal setting. It also has turbo which we very rarely use. Im amazed at what this up right hoover does the price is great and would definitely recommend this hoover.well worth it

So far so good - not really used additional tools yet. Lightweight - holds charge sufficient to cover my whole house in one go. Main disadvantage is that it does not stand upright on its own (but knew this before purchase). No complaints - recommended.
